Advocating for the underdog
Knowing someone has your back when times are tough can be life-changing. That’s why what National Claims does is so important: offering support and compensation to people who have been failed by other companies.
“We specialise in three main areas,” says Daniel Brito, Managing Director at National Claims and a true believer in fair outcomes for his clients. “Personal injury, housing disrepair and mis-sold vehicle finance – areas of the claim industry that are very important to individuals and we're so proud to represent them.” His sentiment perfectly sums up what this award-winning claims management company is all about: ensuring individuals have an expert in their corner when the worst happens.
But, in an industry where not everyone follows through on their promises, how do you stand out for all the right reasons? “Trust is probably the most important thing for a claims management company,” Daniel affirms.
“Having a reputation of being reliable and trustworthy is crucial for us because clients entrust us with representing them in their toughest moments.” - Daniel Brito, Managing Director of National Claims

By zeroing in on trust, National Claims are forging a path to the top. The combination of their stellar Trustpilot star rating and use of Trust signals on anything connected to lead generation has given them a conversion rate of 57%.
To be clear, the industry standard is 15-20%.
Truthful reviews and shared experiences are taking them to new heights, helping to reach the people who need them most.
Representing trust in personal claims
Taking the top spot
Becoming the best in the business is one thing – staying the best is quite another. So, how are National Claims managing it? Well, the devil is in the data.
“We use the analytics tool for a number of reasons,” says Daniel. “The first one is understanding where we stand amongst our competitors and I'm very proud to say we are number one. But it's also looking at things behind the scenes.”
Essentially, National Claims uses their Trustpilot page as a second website, monitoring click through rates and performance data to inform their growth strategy.
But it’s not just an internal partnership. Daniel is firm on how important visible signs of trust are for their customers. “We've been using Trustpilot on all of our social media platforms, all of our promotional material, anything that leads to credibility and lead generation, we absolutely have to use Trustpilot.”
Not only has this led to a higher click through rate – the conversion rate is, in Daniel’s own words, “significantly higher when we have items that are branded or have the Trustpilot logos on there.”
Claiming the future
So, what’s next for National Claims and Trustpilot?
“The immediate plan for us is to tackle mis-sold vehicle finance.” It’s a big area of concern for Daniel and his team and one that has grown massively in recent months. And to get their clients the best results possible, trust is a non-negotiable. “We want to represent individuals in the right way but they need to be able to trust our business.”
“Ultimately, Trustpilot is ingrained in the business. It's never going to be something that we don't use, which I'm very proud and grateful to say.”
For Daniel and National Claims, their partnership with Trustpilot means being able to showcase the fantastic work their teams do to get people the compensation they deserve. By demonstrating this dedication, they can help even more people to find them, keeping them at the very top of their game.
