“We use the analytics tool for a number of reasons,” says Daniel. “The first one is understanding where we stand amongst our competitors and I'm very proud to say we are number one. But it's also looking at things behind the scenes.” 

Essentially, National Claims uses their Trustpilot page as a second website, monitoring click through rates and performance data to inform their growth strategy. 

But it’s not just an internal partnership. Daniel is firm on how important visible signs of trust are for their customers. “We've been using Trustpilot on all of our social media platforms, all of our promotional material, anything that leads to credibility and lead generation, we absolutely have to use Trustpilot.”

Not only has this led to a higher click through rate – the conversion rate is, in Daniel’s own words, “significantly higher when we have items that are branded or have the Trustpilot logos on there.”

Claiming the future

So, what’s next for National Claims and Trustpilot? 

“The immediate plan for us is to tackle mis-sold vehicle finance.” It’s a big area of concern for Daniel and his team and one that has grown massively in recent months. And to get their clients the best results possible, trust is a non-negotiable. “We want to represent individuals in the right way but they need to be able to trust our business.”

“Ultimately, Trustpilot is ingrained in the business. It's never going to be something that we don't use, which I'm very proud and grateful to say.”
